According to a study designed to track the frequency of online searches, Apple's iPod and iPhones are among the hottest gadgets in Europe this Christmas season. The study focued on 20 different models of gadgets from game consoles, mobile phones, and portable music player markets across the UK, France, and Germany.
During the first three weeks of November Apple's iPod was the second most popular item with 3.5 million searches. The iPhone was the fifth most popular device overall, but came in first in the mobile phone category.
What device came in first? It appears that the Nintendo Wii took the prize. It's still great news for Apple though.
