AT&T problems cause iPhone tethering delay

Reports are surfacing about an iPhone tethering plan that may be in the works. It seems that AT&T is afraid that the high number of iPhone users that would use the plan could cause a problem for AT&T's network which is already suffering from some issues. How lame is that? C'mon AT&T, get with the program.
